Fatal Wedding Big Reveal Day 14: Honeymoon!

**Make sure to check the sidebar to see if you've won any of the random prizes over the last 14 days!**

Sam and Nick are finally getting a week off together—granted, they had to get married to make it happen! We need to send this special couple to a place where they can recharge, regroup and reconnect after some crazy months. I'll let the photos do the talking... Remember to comment to be entered into the grand prize drawing for one of two prizes: A Kindle or a Nook (or $100 to Amazon or B&N if you already own a device) OR advance Fatal Books for the life of the series. Be the very first to know what's up next for Sam and Nick!

Honeymoon Destination 1
The St. Regis Bora Bora Hotel, Tahiti, French Polynesia

Honeymoon Destination 2

Honeymoon Destination 3
Paradise Island Resort & Spa, Maldives Islands, Indian Ocean

And the winner is....

Number 1: Bora Bora!

Phew! Well, that does it for the Fatal Wedding planning. I hope you've all had as much fun as I have planning Washington's Wedding of the Year. Sam and Nick asked me to tell you how very much they appreciate your input to their big day and how very much we ALL appreciate your enjoyment of their ongoing story. We'll release the results of your choices TOMORROW in the FREE Fatal wedding novella, Fatal Destiny.

Another very special thank you my dear friends Alyson Hackett and Ronlyn Howe, who came up with all the beautiful choices for Sam and Nick. About five minutes after I had the big idea to involve readers in Sam and Nick's wedding, it dawned on me that it would be an enormous amount of work to put together the variety of choices we've given you over the last 14 days. Aly and Ronlyn LITERALLY saved my life (and saved Sam and Nick's wedding) by stepping up to the plate and hitting a grand slam. Thank you both so much!

Okay, watch for two posts tomorrow. The first will put the whole thing together in one place, with all your winning choices highlighted. The second will reveal the two winners of the grand prizes.

For today's last prize, I'm offering another signed copy of the print version of Fatal Affair, the story that started the series. Comment here on the blog to be entered into the drawing.

Thank you all for making this so much fun! I really hope you enjoy Fatal Destiny!

This has been an amazing 14 days! Loved seeing all the pretty dresses and locals and stuff to pick from and feel a part of the celebrations! I can't wait to read which were actually chosen!!!

As for honeymoon, those first few pictures of Tahiti just stole my breath. So romantic and quiet and *sigh*!!! That's totally my pick.

Again, this has been a great blog event and I've enjoyed every second of it! Kudos and applause for Alyson and Ronlyn! Great work all around, gals!!

best wishes!!!

Glad you like the honeymoon choice! I am ready for a trip there myself! :-) Of course I want to take Nick with me, but Sam is having none of that!

Hooray - Bora Bora won. We are headed off to Hawaii today, which is great, but I've always dreamed of those overwater bungalows in Polynesia. They just look so amazing. I know Sam and Nick will have a wonderful (and relaxing) time there.

Um, yeah, I'd like to go to any of these places! Beautiful!

All beautiful choices!! Can't wait for tomorrow's release!! I'll have the Kindle wireless turned on and in the morning, I can start reading:)

This is another set of choices where none is better or worse than the others. Sun, sand, Sam and Nick, and a shower to rinse the sand that finds itself in interesting places. Hubba hubba.

This is way goofy, but it's my anniversary tomorrow and my present to myself is a day off at Sam and Nick's wedding in a pedicure chair. I'm SOOO excited.

Marie Force said...

I love hearing the stories about how you all plan to read the wedding story!

Jenn, have a great trip to Hawaii! I'm so jealous!

Amy, happy anniversary! Enjoy that pedicure!

Bora Bora!!! I wonder if Sam and Nick need a security guard? I could help out!! Here's hoping their honeymoon is relaxing and they don't get caught up in a mystery to solve! Thanks for a fun two weeks of anticipation. Tomorrow morning I'll be ready to attend the big event from my bed!!!

The wedding reveal has been so much fun! Love the honeymoon destination! I know Sam and Nick are anxious for time together with no work interruptions.

It's supposed to be rainy here tomorrow. I plan to curl up in my big chair and read Fatal Destiny. My family has already been warned that interruptions are not allowed tomorrow. I can't wait!

Oh man! While Bora Bora looks lovely, I really wanted them to go to the Maldives!

Still, they will be having a great time no matter where they go as long as they are together (and don't stumble upon any dead bodies LOL).

Marie, how big are the bags Sam and Nick are taking to Bora Bora? I'll try my hardest to squeeze into one ;-)

Twas the night before the Fatal Destiny release
And all Marie, Sam and Nick fans
Are clearing their schedules
For tomorrow we have a wedding to attend, we have plans

All you ravenous readers
Charge those Kindles and those Nooks
Make sure you get some sleep
'Cause tomorrow you'll be lost in this eBook

Fellow wedding guests, excuse us
Please make some room
Forgive us, we want to be as close as possible to the groom!

Oh here comes the bride!
Look how gorgeous she is
A brilliant smile on her face
So evident to all she wouldn't
Want to be any other place

In front of family and friends,
Nick takes the orchid from Sam's hair
With a murmured "ohh"
The romantics assembled can only stare

Sam and Nick pledge their forever love
A lifetime filled with passion and adventure
As Sam's mother and Nick's best friend John look down from above

The newly married couple shares a kiss
Nick's hands pulling Sam close
After only a few short minutes
They are the epitome of wedded bliss

Off they'll journey to Bora Bora
Where the ecstatic couple's paradise,  their much needed escape awaits

But those of us reading fear the end of the novella
Having to waiting until February 2012 for Fatal Flaw we'll hate!

OMG, Melissa! That is FABULOUS! Thank you so much for your cleverness. Wonderful! I have to repost that on the blog! I have to make one small edit, however, as Sam's mom is still alive, but currently out of the picture.

Thank you again! I love it!

Marie, earlier today I was reading (for the umpteenth time) Line of Scrimmage and confused Ryan's mother with Sam's in my poem. Reading your reply pos I had an "oh, no" moment rather than Oprah's "A-ha" one :(

I apologize for the error!
